I had some trouble installing the Bluetooth driver on Windows 8 Consumer. I had to unpack the driver.EXE using WINRAR. It appears the Installer.exe doesn't run but if you run the W732.exe or W764.exe it will install the bluetooth drivers and software. I think the installer.exe might be getting blocked by the over zealous AntiMalware program included with the W8 Consumer Preview.
